SERVICES
The right level of support for complex, consequential work.
From focused advisory to hands-on client-side leadership, each engagement is shaped around the decisions, coordination, and delivery structure your team actually needs
Start with the problem—not a prepackaged methodology.
The level of support can expand or contract as the work becomes clearer.
CLIENT-SIDE IMPLEMENTATION LEADERSHIP
Someone accountable to the client—not the software vendor.
A vendor implementation lead is responsible for delivering the product. I help the client deliver everything around it: decisions, data preparation, process changes, internal ownership, validation, communication, and readiness.
I coordinate across executives, operational teams, subject-matter experts, and vendors to keep responsibilities visible and ensure the implementation reflects how the business actually needs to work.
Good Fit: Best when the vendor has a delivery team, but the client needs a strong internal advocate and coordinator.
SUPPORT MAY INCLUDE
———————————————————
Client-side implementation planning
Vendor and stakeholder coordination
Requirements and decision management
Data, testing, training, and go-live readiness
Risk escalation and executive reporting
AN IMPORTANT DISTINCTION
Client-side implementation is not software configuration.
Purple Rain Consulting represents and coordinates the client’s side of an implementation. The software vendor remains responsible for product configuration, technical migration, development, and its implementation methodology unless the scope explicitly says otherwise.
This creates clearer accountability: the vendor owns the software, while the client has a partner focused on operational fit, readiness, decisions, and follow-through.
PROJECT DELIVERY & SYSTEMS
Structure that helps people do the work—not just report on it.
Projects slow down when ownership is vague, decisions disappear into meetings, or the systems supporting the project no longer reflect how work actually gets done. I design practical delivery structure and stay close enough to the work to make it useful.
That may mean leading a priority initiative, establishing governance and cadence, documenting a repeatable workflow, or improving the tools and systems teams use to plan, coordinate, and report on their work.
Good Fit: Best when the work needs both an executable structure and someone to keep it moving.
SUPPORT MAY INCLUDE
———————————————————
Hands-on project coordination
Workplans, milestones, and ownership
Status, risk, issue, and decision practices
Workflow and process documentation
Project management system architecture and optimization
ADVISORY SUPPORT
Clarity for the decisions that shape the work.
When a project is still taking shape—or a critical decision is holding it up— focused advisory support helps separate the real issue from the surrounding noise.
I evaluate the situation, organize what is known, identify gaps and risks, and give leaders a practical path forward. The goal is not a theoretical recommendation. It is a decision your team can act on.
Good Fit: Best when leadership needs an experienced thought partner without adding a full project team.
SUPPORT MAY INCLUDE

Vendor, solution, and proposal evaluation
Decision framing and recommendations
Risk, dependency, and readiness assessment
Governance and operating-model guidance
